How do I know the bag is authentic?

Every bag is authenticated before it is listed. We examine materials, stitching, hardware and the date code. We guarantee 100% authenticity on every purchase – otherwise you get your money back.

How quickly do you ship and what does shipping cost?

We ship your order within 1–2 business days. Delivery within Sweden normally takes 1–3 business days and to the rest of the EU 3–7 business days. Shipping costs 99 SEK within Sweden, 149 SEK to the rest of the EU and 299 SEK to selected countries outside the EU, such as Norway, the UK and the US. Priority shipping is available at checkout. Outside the EU, import duties and VAT may apply.

Can I return the bag if I change my mind?

Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. Contact us using the form below and we will help you with your return. Full terms are in our refund policy.

What condition are the bags in?

Every bag is carefully inspected and its condition is clearly stated on the product page, together with photos of any wear. As the bags are between 20 and 40 years old, patina and signs of use occur – and we describe them honestly instead of hiding them.

Why are the prices so much lower than retail?

All our bags are pre-owned. A pre-owned bag naturally costs considerably less than a new one, and many of our models are no longer made.

Can I buy a bag that is marked as sold?

Unfortunately not – we only have one of each bag. Get in touch and we will let you know when something similar comes in.
