We were founded by bag enthusiasts who were tired of guessing.

The pre-owned designer bag market is full of uncertainty. Photos that hide the wear, descriptions that gloss over damage, and a constant worry about whether the bag is even authentic. We started The Vintage Gallery to do the opposite.

Our story

We started in 2022 by selling pre-loved designer pieces – mainly shoes, clothing and jackets. In 2025 we narrowed our focus to designer handbags, and today we specialise in authenticated vintage Louis Vuitton: Speedy, Keepall, Alma, Noé, Pochette Accessoires and Neverfull. We are based in Norrköping, Sweden.

Every bag is personally selected

We do not buy in bulk, and we never list anything we would not carry ourselves. Every bag is inspected by hand, authenticated by us and photographed exactly as it looks – including patina, scratches and marks from previous owners.

The condition is clearly stated on every product, together with the date code and year of manufacture where it is legible. If it says wear, there is wear – and you will see it in the photos before you buy.

Vintage is not second best

Most of our bags are between 20 and 40 years old. Many of the models are no longer made – the Pochette Accessoires, the Tivoli and the classic Noé are only available on the pre-owned market today. If you want one, pre-owned is the only way.

Leather that has been allowed to age well has a character nothing new can imitate. The vachetta darkens to honey, the canvas softens, and the bag becomes personal.

A second life

Every bag we sell is one that already exists. Buying pre-owned gives a well-made bag a longer life instead of adding a newly produced one.
