At The Vintage Gallery, we aim to deliver your pre-loved luxury items safely and as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping guidelines below.

1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Each item is inspected and authenticated before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.

2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • Sweden: 2–5 business days

  • EU: 3–7 business days

  • Outside the EU: Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs procedures

Please note: delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays or customs handling.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

4. Customs, Duties & VAT (Outside the EU)

For orders shipped outside the EU, local VAT, customs duties, and import fees may apply upon arrival.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer, and The Vintage Gallery does not cover or reimburse these fees.

We recommend checking your country’s import rules before placing an order.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

6. Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us through our website’s contact form.
We will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
