1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Show no additional wear, damage, or alterations

Items returned in a different condition than received may be rejected.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of pre-loved designer goods, the following cannot be returned:

  • Items listed as final sale

  • Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery

  • Items missing original packaging or authentication materials

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank.

4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If a return is approved, only the product price will be refunded.

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately.
We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible in accordance with our guarantee of 100% authenticity and quality.
